Cancer came into my world one day, uninvited — it just took without asking. But what it couldn’t take was the part of me that writes, teaches, builds stories, loves woodworking and creating. I’m rebuilding myself through this website, one story at a time. The shop work is a little slower, the recovery is steady and constant, but the writing survived untouched — in fact, the stories grew stronger during recovery — and that’s where the work lives now, in an expanding world of content creation.
